How will my dumplings arrive?

Frozen. Protected. Ready when you are.
Your dumplings are shipped in insulated packaging with cooling packs to maintain temperature during transit — so they arrive cold and freezer-ready.

What if they aren’t fully frozen?

No stress.
It’s normal for ice packs to soften during shipping. If your dumplings are still cold to the touch, they’re safe to refreeze and enjoy.

How long can I store them?

Straight to the freezer.
For best texture and flavour, enjoy within 3–5 months.

How do I cook them?

Make a small slit in the plastic packaging and microwave for 2–3 minutes. Our plastic packaging is microwave safe and food grade. Once microwaved take out of the plastic bag (Caution: Product will be hot and steamy) and top with your fave toppings.

We suggest; chilli oil, green onions, kewpie mayo, and soy sauce!  

Are they fully cooked?

Yes.
Cooked to perfection, then frozen at peak freshness.
All you have to do is heat and enjoy.

Where do you deliver?

How are they packaged?

Each order is sealed, insulated, and packed with cooling elements (dry ice) to maintain quality from our kitchen to your door.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes.
Select from available delivery dates at checkout — we’ll take care of the rest.

Are your dumplings halal?

Always.
We use premium halal-certified ingredients across all our products.

What if something goes wrong?

We’ll make it right.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details, and our team will take care of you.

How should I handle dry ice?

If dry ice is included in your shipment:

• Do not touch with bare hands
• Keep away from children
• Allow it to evaporate in a well-ventilated open area 
• Do not place in sinks, toilets, or sealed containers

Dry ice is extremely cold and must be handled with care.
